Experience

Julie joined the Flex Monitoring Team as a research assistant in 2013. On this team, she maintains the CAH database, performing data collection and tracking openings and closures of Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), and provides technical assistance to users of the Critical Access Hospital Measurement & Performance Assessment System (CAHMPAS). At the UNC Sheps Center, she also works on projects for the NC Rural Health Research Center and the Rapid Response Rural Data Analysis cooperative agreement. Previous work focused on maternal and child health research, including program evaluation of Young Families Connect and the NC Baby Love Plus programs.
