Experience

Elle joined the Flex Monitoring Team in November 2024 as a Research Project Coordinator at the University of Minnesota. Her previous work includes research on the dynamics and drivers of domestic sex trafficking in the United States; acute care and quality of life following scarf-related spinal cord injuries in Bangladeshi women; and access to and quality of care among Indigenous populations in the Amazon Forest.
