​​​​​As the COVID-19 pandemic has persisted, Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) have found innovative ways to support their workforce. In this project, the Flex Monitoring Team will investigate strategies that CAHs have used to support their staff in three different areas: staff stress and wellbeing, staff work flexibility, and staff basic needs, such as food, housing and childcare. This project will also determine best practices that can be adopted by other CAHs.
