​​​​​In this project the Flex Monitoring Team will work with the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy to evaluate quality improvement activities selected by State Flex Programs for their FY21 activities and assess data collection efforts. The FMT will recommend measures that should be collected through the project and work with participants in the project’s Innovation Labs to assess the feasibility and burden of data collection.
