The purpose of this project was to prepare a case study of Minnesota activities related to implementation of the Emergency Department transfer communication measures in Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). These measures are part of the Phase 3 measures for the Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP).
