This multi-year project established and implemented an evaluation framework for the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program. During the following grant cycle, we worked with ORHP program officers and key Flex stakeholders to develop an evaluation framework for the Flex program and a plan for implementing the evaluation in subsequent years.
