The purposes of this project are to 1) identify successful evidence-based quality improvement (QI) programs and strategies related to acute myocardial infarction (AMI), pneumonia, heart failure, and surgical infection prevention that could be replicated in Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), and 2) disseminate information about these programs and strategies to State Flex Programs.
